Delete your account
Your account is yours. You can delete it yourself, from the app, without writing to us.
From the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to “Delete my account”.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
This action is irreversible: a deleted account cannot be restored.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (username, picture, preferences).
- All your picks and scores.
- Your league memberships, and the leagues you own.
- Your comments and feedback.
Our host’s encrypted backups may retain a copy for up to 30 days, after which it disappears on its own.
Get your data first
Before deleting, you can export your data from the same Profile screen: you get a file with your profile, picks, leagues and feedback.
If you cannot delete your account from the app, write to us at privacy@touchdownteam.app and we will do it for you.
